Sambucol Cranberry and Walnut Waffles
Ingredients:
1 c prepared batter (I used a high protein boxed mix)
1/3 c cranberries
1/4 c toasted walnuts
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Finely chop cranberries and toasted walnuts then mix into prepared batter with sugar and cinnamon.
Prepare in a waffle iron and top with 2 teaspoons of Sambucol Black Elderberry syrup. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (Shay's favorite part of course)! Makes 4-5 four inch waffles.
