PHARMACARE US is committed to upholding the highest level of customer service. Accordingly, we maintain this Privacy Policy to safeguard the Personal Data you provide online. “Personal Data” which means to any information that directly or indirectly — for example, through combining pieces of data so that you can be identified — identifies you specifically. Personal Data does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified or aggregated.
This Privacy Notice applies when you use PHARMACARE US’s websites, mobile apps, and other services, tools, and online applications or when you interact with PHARMACARE US in other ways, such as through our customer service (all of these are our “Services”). Some of our affiliates and business units have their own privacy notices for their own websites, mobile apps, or other services. This Privacy Policy only covers them when they link to or provide you with this Privacy Policy.
2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
For each visitor to the PHARMACARE US website, our web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's IP address and domain name. We collect the following from visitors to the PHARMACARE US website:
- IP address and domain name
- Time Zone
- Device Type
- Aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit
- E-mail address (if a customer places an order or requests placement on our mailing list)
- Mailing address (if a customer places an order)
- Order history
- Payment information (if a customer places an order)
- Username and password
- Information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations • Information volunteered by the consumer so PHARMACARE US can communicate new information, specials, etc.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, used to notify consumers about updates to our website, and used by us to contact consumers about their orders or for marketing purposes.

Personal Data Collected from You
We may ask you to provide Personal Data at different times and places on our Services. For example, we may collect Personal Data from you when you:

Direct Marketing: You may choose to opt out of receiving direct marketing, commercial emails, and other educational materials from us about our products and services by following the instructions contained in the communications we send or, at any time, by signing into your account and adjusting your communication preferences or by sending us a message through the “contact us” page on the website. Please allow five (5) business days for your request to be processed. Please also note that even if you unsubscribe, we may still send you transactional or administrative communications, including, for example, to manage any account you have with us, respond to your requests, execute agreements with you, provide you with products you order, and manage your transactions.

Certain laws allow an authorized agent acting on your behalf to make privacy requests, which they may do by following the instructions above. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may ask you to verify your own identity or confirm the request directly with us.
Subject to appropriate verification of your identity, which may include asking you for additional information to match the information we have, PHARMACARE US will honor the privacy rights provided to you by applicable law. You can expect that PHARMACARE US will respond to your privacy request within the required time period under applicable law, unless we reach out to explain that it will take us longer. For your convenience and information, our Services may contain links to other websites and apps unaffiliated with PHARMACARE US. We do not control or monitor and are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites and apps we link to. 7. SECURITY OF OUR SERVICES
PHARMACARE US takes appropriate steps to manage the privacy of your Personal Data and the security of the Services. We have implemented commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls that are designed to safeguard Personal Data. For example, PHARMACARE US offers the industry standard security measures available through your browser called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL encryption secures all orders submitted over the Internet. Despite these efforts, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security in all circumstances.
8. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
PHARMACARE US retains Personal Data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your Personal Data was collected, unless a longer retention period is necessary, the Personal Data is required to fulfill a legal obligation, or we are otherwise permitted to retain the Personal Data for other uses. For example, we generally retain Personal Data used for:
- Managing your account for as long as the account is active and for a period afterward that may correspond to any period allowed for returns, recalls, or other administrative needs related to the products or services purchased.

PHARMACARE US does not expect that any portion of its Services will be used by persons under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have received Personal Data from someone under the age of 16, we will delete that information in accordance with applicable law.

Sales of Personal Data and Targeted Advertising

PHARMACARE US does not engage in these activities as they are defined in the state consumer privacy laws applicable to PHARMACARE US.

PHARMACARE US does not use or disclose sensitive personal information (as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act) for purposes that would give rise to the right to limit the use and disclosure of this data.

When you use our Services from outside the United States, you may have rights under data protection laws in your country, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation. International Transfers of Personal Data
PHARMACARE US is a part of global group of companies. Please note that when you provide Personal Data to us, we may process your Personal Data in the United States and other locations, which may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country. In certain cases, we may need to share, transfer, store, or otherwise process your Personal Data in locations outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located. When we transfer Personal Data, we do so in accordance with applicable laws.
Where we transfer data outside of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to other countries, PHARMACARE US ensures that appropriate and suitable safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the United Kingdom’s Addendum thereto, are in place to safeguard Personal Data being transferred to countries where an adequate level of protection is not already guaranteed. Notice for Visitors from Australia
In Australia, PHARMACARE US is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and Australian Privacy Principles (collectively “Australian Privacy Laws”). If you are in Australia, you acknowledge and consent to us not being required to take any steps to ensure that overseas recipients (outside of PHARMACARE US) of your Personal Data comply with the Australian Privacy Laws. If the overseas recipient handles your Personal Data in breach of the Australian Privacy Laws, we will not be liable, and you will not be able to see redress under the Act.
