2 Ingredient Elderberry Whipped Cream Dream
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- Black Elderberry Syrup
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until peaks form (approx. 2 – 5 minutes). Do not over whip as the cream may start to clot. Slowly fold in 1–3 tablespoons of elderberry syrup depending on how much whipped cream you need. Cover and place in the refrigerator immediately to set.
Elderberry Coffee/Tea with Elderberry Whipped Cream Topper
Stir ½ tablespoon elderberry syrup into fresh brewed tea or coffee. Top with cooled elderberry whipped cream. Add holiday sprinkles or a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.
