HOW TO USE:

WHIPPED ELDERBERRY SYRUP & FIG BUTTER
- 3 sticks non-salted butter (room temperature)
- ¼ cup Sambucol Black Elderberry Syrup
- 3 – 5 Figs chopped in half
A little goes a long way, so just ¼ cup for this serving size is perfect. Mix all ingredients at slow speed for 1 minute until blended. Then whip at medium speed for 1 minute until it starts to get lighter in texture and color. Then whip at high speed for 30 seconds. If you prefer a more ombré color then mix at medium speed for 30 seconds only. Place into small serving cups and use same day at room temperature. If you prefer, roll into a butter log in plastic wrap and set in the fridge. Cut into slices and enjoy!
