We are proud to stand behind the Sambucol brand you and your family have come to know and trust, and we want you to be delighted with your Sambucol product purchase, every time. Please see below for (i) our return policy and (ii) our satisfaction guarantee for our Sambucol products.
Return policy for products purchased in a store or on a store’s website:
Please first attempt to return your product to the place of purchase along with appropriate proof of purchase. Authorized stores selling PharmaCare brands are instructed to cheerfully issue a refund when any of our products are returned.

Return Policy for Products purchased through our corporate website:
Please use the contact us form and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with returning your product for a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling if applicable).
Return policy for products purchased through third-party marketplaces:
Please first attempt to contact the online seller directly for their refund policy. Products purchased through a third-party (non-company owned) website cannot be refunded by Sambucol directly and must be processed by the website where your purchase was made, although in some instances our Satisfaction Guarantee may apply; see below for terms.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Claim Process
If the store’s return policy does not resolve your issue, please see if you qualify for the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee for our Sambucol brand of products. We proudly stand behind our products and quality controls and want you to be satisfied with your product. If you’re not satisfied with the Sambucol product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States.
To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please call us at 1-888-871-9098 and explain the reason for your dissatisfaction. You’ll be asked to provide a receipt or proof of purchase showing when and where you bought your product. We may also ask you for photos of your product or for you to mail the unused portion of your product to us at your cost. Claim must be made within 90 days of the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused our Guarantee. We may amend or terminate our Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice. A refund granted under this Satisfaction Guarantee may be in the form of a prepaid card, and the prepaid card’s terms and additional conditions may apply pursuant to the terms of the prepaid card issuer.
