Ingredients:
- 4 containers non-dairy vanilla bean yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Sambucol Black Elderberry Syrup
Directions:
Combine the yogurt and berries in a bowl and stir. Drizzle in the 2 tablespoons of Sambucol Black Elderberry Syrup and barely stir once or twice, leaving the mixture swirled and multi-colored in appearance. Spoon the swirled yogurt mixture into the 6 popsicle molds and freeze overnight. The next day, carefully remove from the molds, share with family and friends and devour :)
