Directions for Use:
If desired, mix syrup in water, fruit juice, smoothies, yogurt or most anything!
Use daily for maximum benefit.
For Daily Maintenance:
Adults and children over 4 years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) daily.
For Intensive Use:
Adults and children over 4 years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) four times daily.
