Watermelon Salad with Elderberry and Balsamic Glaze
Keep that summer feeling going with this perfect watermelon salad. Fresh watermelon combined with feta cheese, a drizzle of black elderberry syrup, and grilled shrimp makes for a healthy and delicious immune strengthening* meal.
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of watermelon
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp Sambucol Black Elderberry Syrup
- 1 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 lime
- 6 shrimp
- mint to garnish
Instructions:
- Cut watermelon into squares or circles. Grill Shrimp.
- Add all ingredients into a serving bowl. Squeeze lime and add balsamic glaze and Sambucol Elderberry Syrup as dressing.
