Peach and Elderberry Mocktail
Peach & Black Elderberry Refresher
Get some relief from the summer heat with this healthy and refreshing mocktail. Peach, mint and black elderberry meld perfectly together in this not-too-sweet refresher.
Makes 2 Mocktails.
- 8 thin slices peach (+ more for garnish)
- 8 blackberries
- 10 mint leaves (+ more for garnish)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Sambucol Black Elderberry syrup
- 1 can soda water
In a cocktail glass or shaker, muddle the blackberries, peach slices and mint leaves until the fruit releases its juices.
Add in the lemon juice, black elderberry syrup, soda water and some ice, and shake until cold to the touch.
Fill two glasses with ice. Strain the mocktail into the glasses and garnish as desired.
