Black Elderberry Cheesecake Bites

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Filling Ingredients:

  • 8 oz plain cream cheese softened (1 package)

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Sambucol Black Elderberry syrup

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham crackers and melted butter. Press the crumbs into the bottom of the baking cups. Bake crust for 5 minutes. Mix all filling ingredients with a mixer and place mix on top of the crust. Fill up to 2/3 full. To create a design, sprinkle 6 drops of Sambucol Black Elderberry on top of the filling and bake them for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cheesecake bites from the oven and let them cool. Once cheesecake bites are cool, refrigerate them, until you’re ready to serve.
